What is a binder ?

The binder contains your files and documents. It is private.
You can have one binder for your company and another for your family, for example.

Which document format is compatible ?

Documents in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, KEY, PAGES, NUMBERS and EML formats are compatible.

Is Storage compatible with all scanners ?

Yes, you can work with the scanner of your choice. Save your scanned documents in the "Storage Folder" folder on your desktop.

Can I consult my files and documents on my iPhone or iPad ?

Yes, you can use your iPhone or iPad to view your folders and documents from your Cloud.

What is Storage Mobile ?

Storage Mobile is a smartphone application that lets you take photos of your tickets, receipts, etc. and automatically send them to Storage. You can install it from the Storage Settings.

Is it possible to have Storage and my folder on another Mac ?

Yes, you can automatically synchronise your folders and documents between all Storage-equipped Macs with Storage Cloud.

Can I manage my personal and professional documents ?

Yes, you can manage your personal and professional documents and files independently by creating a folder for each.

Does Storage have OCR ?

Yes, Storage has built-in OCR.

How does AI Storage guarantee the confidentiality of my data ?

At Infoduo, we take the confidentiality of your data very seriously. Storage IA is designed to process all data locally on your Mac. This means that your information is never sent to external servers or stored in the cloud. All data analysis and processing by our AI is carried out directly on your device, ensuring maximum security and total control over your information. You can use our service with complete confidence, knowing that your data remains private and protected.

Is Storage compatible with the Factur-X format ?

Yes, Storage now supports the Factur-X format, the mixed PDF and XML standard used for electronic invoicing in France.

Is Storage compatible with my cloud ?

Yes, you can sync your folders and documents to a cloud such as Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive and many more.

Where is my data stored ?

Storage data is stored securely on your Mac. And not in the Cloud, so you're not dependent on the Internet.

What does my subscription include ?

Your subscription includes the Storage for Mac application, with functions relating to your licence, minor and major updates to the application, access to email support in French and a dedicated Cloud Storage space.

What happens if I stop my subscription ?

You still have full access to the software and your data. Only the filing of new documents is no longer available.

How do I renew my subscription ?

One month before your expiry date, you will receive an e-mail to renew your subscription. No commitment, no tacit renewal.

What are the system requirements ?

Storage 10 requires at least macOS 13 and is fully compatible with macOS 26 Tahoe.
