What is a binder?
The binder contains your files and documents. It is private.
You can have one binder for your business and one for your family, for example.
Which document formats are compatible?
Documents in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, KEY, PAGES, NUMBERS and EML formats are supported.
Is Storage compatible with all scanners?
Yes, you can use any scanner of your choice. Save the scanned documents to the "Storage Folder" on your desktop.
Can I view my files and documents on my iPhone or iPad?
Yes, you can view your files and documents from your Cloud on your iPhone or iPad.
What is Storage Mobile?
Storage Mobile is a smartphone app that lets you take photos of your tickets, receipts and more, and send them automatically to Storage. You can install it from the Storage Settings.
Is it possible to have Storage and my folder on another Mac?
Yes. You can automatically synchronise your folders and documents across all Macs equipped with Storage.
Depending on the plan you choose, Storage can be installed on one or more devices, provided they are used by the same user (the same person).
If multiple users need to access Storage, a separate licence is required for each additional user.
Can I manage my personal and work documents?
Yes, you can manage your personal and work documents and folders independently by creating a binder for each.
Does Storage have OCR?
Yes, OCR is built into Storage.
How does Storage’s AI ensure the confidentiality of my data?
At Infoduo, we take the confidentiality of your data very seriously. Storage AI is designed to process all data locally on your Mac. This means your information is never sent to external servers or stored in the cloud. All data analysis and processing by our AI is carried out directly on your device, ensuring maximum security and total control over your information. You can use our service with complete confidence, knowing that your data remains private and secure.
Is Storage compatible with the Factur-X format?
Yes, Storage now supports the Factur-X format, the combined PDF + XML data standard used for electronic invoicing in France.
Is Storage compatible with my cloud?
Yes, you can sync your folders and documents to a cloud service such as: Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive and many more.
Where is my data stored?
Storage data is stored securely on your Mac. It is not stored in the cloud, so there is no reliance on the internet.
What does my subscription include?
Your subscription includes the Storage app for Mac, with features related to your licence, minor and major updates to the app, access to email support in French, and dedicated cloud storage space.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You always have full access to the software and your data. Only the ability to organise new documents is no longer available.
How do I renew my subscription?
One month before your subscription expires, you will receive an email inviting you to renew your subscription. No commitment and no automatic renewal.
What are the system requirements?
Storage 10 requires at least macOS 14 and is fully compatible with macOS 26 Tahoe.
