Storage Terms and Conditions of Use
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. Publisher of the application
The Storage software is published by Infoduo, a company established in France.
Any request relating to these T&Cs may be addressed to Infoduo via the contact details indicated on the official website.

2. Subject
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Storage software (hereinafter referred to as "the Software").
By installing and using Storage, the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted these GTUs without reservation.

3. Licence and duration
- The Software is supplied in the form of an annual licence.
- In view of its nature (software), the right of withdrawal provided for in respect of distance selling may not be exercised, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 121-20-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The purchase of a licence is therefore firm and final and may not give rise to any exchange or refund.
- The subscription includes minor and major updates as well as the technical support provided by Infoduo throughout the period of validity of the licence.
- Any use outside this framework (sharing, duplication, use on several unauthorised workstations) is strictly forbidden.

4. Features and upgrades
The Software provides Document Management System (DMS) features, including filing, searching, OCR, editing, and other organizational tools.
Infoduo reserves the right to further develop the Software, including by adding, modifying, or removing features, in order to improve the service.

5. Confidentiality and data protection
Storage stores documents and information in spaces defined by the user.
Data is neither transmitted nor sold to third parties by Infoduo.
The user remains solely responsible for the confidentiality of the information stored and for managing his/her access.

5.1. Use of Storage IA
The Software includes an assistance module based on artificial intelligence, Storage IA.
- Local engine: Storage IA incorporates its own AI engine running exclusively locally on the user's workstation. No data is transmitted to Infoduo or any third party in this mode.
- External engine (ChatGPT): when the user uses the text or table generation functions in Storage IA, these are provided by the ChatGPT engine. In this case, only the prompt entered by the user is transmitted to the OpenAI service. No document, OCR content or data stored in Storage is sent. Use of this engine is subject to a limited quota, which may vary depending on the package subscribed to and the technical conditions. 6. Responsibility
Infoduo makes every effort to ensure the correct operation of the Software and data security.
However, Infoduo cannot be held responsible in the event of :
- loss, corruption or destruction of data due to incorrect use of the Software, hardware or external software malfunction, or failure on the part of the user to back up data;
- temporary interruption due to updates, upgrades or maintenance.
The user is solely responsible for the proper management of his/her backups and computer environment.

7. Support and updates
Throughout the subscription period, the user benefits from :
- access to updates of the Software ;
- technical support provided by Infoduo by any means available (email, telephone, etc.).

8. Intellectual property rights
The Software, its source code, its functions, its graphic charter and its documentation are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or decompilation without written authorisation from Infoduo is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination
In the event of a breach by the user of these GCU, Infoduo may suspend or terminate the licence without compensation or reimbursement.
The user may terminate his/her subscription at the end of the annual period.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GCU are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Infoduo's registered office, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
